    We set up benchmarks to help us establish what success looks like and what we are measuring success against.

    We produce a measurement plan to clearly identify what we are measuring to see whether we have reached our goals.

  • Track activity

    Working with our measurement plan, we work out which actions we need to track – whether this is on your website, through your advertising campaign, or across social media.

    We use tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track your visitors’ actions on your website – if they’ve made an enquiry, how far they’ve scrolled down your sales page, or if they’ve clicked on your phone number, for example.

    We make sure we can see your visitor’s journey from the beginning to conversion, by using tracking URLs in our social content to see which campaigns are working.

  • Insights, reporting & implementation

    Once we’ve tracked your visitors’ activity on your website, we interpret the data and find insights that help us make smarter decisions for future works.

    We produce easy-to-understand, visual monthly reports that share this data and our insights for our client partners, which we present in monthly calls. 

    Every aspect of our campaign and your website performance is looked at in the report.

    Each report is aligned with the measurement plan we agreed on at the start.

    We then implement these insights into your marketing strategy, then begin measuring the results again.
